Through Ecologi, we offset our carbon emissions by funding global climate initiatives — from tree planting to renewable energy projects.
Every print run and vehicle journey we offset helps to grow forests, capture carbon, and create a cleaner future for Wales and beyond.
🐝 Bee1
As a proud Bee1 partner, we support biodiversity across Wales by helping to plant wildflower meadows, sponsor beehives, and promote pollinator education in schools.

We also work with Our Classroom Climate, an initiative that brings sustainability awareness into Welsh classrooms — inspiring young people to understand climate impact and take positive action.

Materials & Production
We take pride in being one of Wales’ few signage and print providers with a fully responsible supply chain.
All materials used across Emerge Sign & Print and Emerge Advertising are carefully sourced for minimal environmental impact, without compromising quality or durability.
Our sustainable production practices include:
PVC-Free & Recyclable Substrates: Wherever possible, we print on PVC-free vinyls, card-based boards and recyclable banner materials.
Eco Inks & Processes: Using water-based, low-VOC inks that reduce emissions and waste.
Smart Waste Management: Offcut recycling, paper recovery and repurposing unused materials into prototypes or training projects.
Energy-Efficient Equipment: Our large-format printers and curing systems are chosen for low energy consumption and reduced heat output.
Local Sourcing: Prioritising UK and EU suppliers to cut transport emissions and ensure ethical manufacturing.
By producing everything in-house, we maintain full control — ensuring every print that leaves our facility meets both environmental and quality standards.
Our Facility & Fleet
Our purpose-built South Wales facility has been designed with sustainability in mind — from LED lighting and efficient insulation to centralised production that minimises transport between processes.
We’re also upgrading our fleet to low-emission and hybrid vehicles, with plans to adopt fully electric logistics for local delivery routes by 2026.Every improvement, from print to transport, brings us closer to carbon neutrality.
